Join us at Rocksalt for an exclusive Chef’s Table Seafood Experience, created by Executive Head Chef Marcin Szelag and his kitchen team.

Enjoy a six-course seafood tasting menu showcasing the finest seasonal produce, with each course presented by our chefs as they share the inspiration behind every dish.

Hosted at our central banquette table in the heart of the restaurant, guests can enjoy harbour views and an intimate dining experience surrounded by the atmosphere of Rocksalt.

Add a glass of Gusbourne English Sparkling at £15 per person.

  • Experience Details & Terms:
  • Minimum 6 guests | Maximum 8 guests.
  • Available for lunch or dinner Monday–Friday and lunch Saturday & Sunday, subject to opening times.
  • Bookings must be made online at least 7 days in advance or telephone us for late availability booking enquiries.
  • One set menu for the whole table; all guests must dine from the same menu.
  • Menu subject to seasonal changes based on the finest available produce.
  • No deposit is required; card details will be taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation with the balance due at the restaurant.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the experience will incur a 50% charge per person.
  • Due to the nature of this experience, we are unable to accommodate dietary requirements or children.
